Articles submitted for publication are reviewed by the editorial board and referred to other experts, too, when necessary. All articles are expected to have an abstract in both English and in Turkish. They should be submitted in word processed form in Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format on a 3.5 inch diskette, as well as in hard copy to the publication manager. Authors are responsible for all ideas expressed in their articles.
