You can just copy and paste the page (or save as text to your hard disk,
if you like) and send it in an e-mail.
subscribe ListName YourName YourSurName
as the message. Here you have to substitute Listname with the name
of the list and YourName and YourSurName with your Name and Surname.
What you write to the subject of the message is unimportant.
Some listserving software work without the YourName and YourSurname
parametres. With this type of software, you just send
subscribe ListName
as the message. Typical example to this type of software is Majordomo.
If you encounter any problems or need asistance, just send HELP
as the message to the subscription address.
